Toni | Afternoon Support

Focus: Assisting Justin and ensuring workflow continuity.

EST Hours: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Flexible)

PHT Hours: 2:00 AM - 7:00 AM (Next Day)

Lydie | Morning Operations

Focus: Monitoring `info@lts` emails & LTS billing via Teams.

EST Hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (8 AM start encouraged)

PHT Hours: 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Next Day)
